Super High Me Teaser Trailer
The song in the teaser is the original demo version of ” I Smoke Every Weed” and was written specifically for the movie by Walker Young and also performed by Walker Young. You can download this version of the song for free here (link). The final version of the song appears in the film.

Cutting Room Floor

We shot about 800 hours of footage while making Super High Me, 75 hours of which was just stand-up performances of Doug and his comedic friends. There is a lot of good material that didn’t end up on the movie because of time constraints and we would like to share some of it. Our first set of clips come from Days 28 to 30 when Doug is in Seattle at the Bumbershoot Festival. And unfortunately for Doug, he isn’t medicating yet.

David Cross Experiment	Doug’s First Drunk Show
Doug’s friend, comedian David Cross finds an interesting use for a microphone clip which spawns its own “Super High Me” type experiment.	This clip is from Boise, ID and is from just after the end of the experiment when Doug was able to start drinking alchohol again. Doug’s abstention from alchohol was his own addition to the experiment.
Watermelon	Green Cross
Doug went to visit his friend Watermelon in Vancouver, B.C. after he spent the morning running the Marc Emery marijuana gauntlet.	Green Cross is a patient cooperative based in Seattle that has been operating since 1993. They are legally operating under the medical marijuana laws passed in the State of Washington.
